Types of Rum
Light Light rums are usually clear in color and don’t have a very strong taste. These rums are best used as a base ingredient for cocktails with other stronger flavors. ex. Bacardi Light
	Gold Gold rums are darker or golden in color as they generally have been aged for varying periods of time and can have other ingredients added such as molasses. ex. Mount Gay Eclipse
Dark Are dark or sometimes black in color and have a much stronger flavor. ex. Meyers Dark Rum
	Infused Rum that contains other flavors such as mango, pineapple, bananna, etc… ex. Malibu Coconut
Spiced Generally a gold rum with other spices added. ex. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
