Andy: This has a strong vanilla taste. Very light and sweet. The Captain is always a great choice as a base for any fruity drink. While it isn’t THAT bad straight, it is the perfect complement to a Diet Coke. The Diet Coke has very little sweetness so the sweet flavor comes from the Captain. Always a good old standby. No bar is complete without the Captain.
Adrian: I have never had a problem with Capt. Morgan rum. I could drink this for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner…. unless it was straight up. It really needs at least a touch of coke.
