Andy: This is a nice rum. Not bad at all. You can really taste the vanilla, a little cinnamon and nutmeg. It has a nice flavor and isn’t as syrupy sweet as Captain Morgan. Ask your local bar for it next time. It’s a great change from Captain. Also, they are donating a portion of their profits to the Armed Forces Relief Trust. So you are drinking a good rum, having fun, and supporting the troops and their families at the same time.
Adrian: Sailors Spiced rum definitely has a unique flavor, especially compared to Captain Morgan. Sailors has a stronger flavor and has a little more of a bite than Captain does. You really get more of a spiced flavor instead of the sugary sweetness of Captain and it is still great mixed with Diet Coke. This is definitely one to try.
